We can provide on-site, email, telephone, and remote support for many situations. We can also provide levels of support based on maximum response time. We can offer response times ranging from within an hour (depending on the particulars of our agreement), two hours, four hours, or order in which we receive the request. Remote Support:
We can remotely support any UNIX based system with software that is readily available, if not already installed on your system. This software would be at no cost to you, and in the case that it is not already present, we can install it as part of the remote support agreement. In some cases, we may be able to support Windows systems, but depending on your particular configuration, this may require additional software at an additional expense.

Email and Telephone Support:
We offer both email and/or telephone support for your technical needs. If you have a problem, or can't figure something out, give us a call or email us and we'll work with you to solve whatever the problem may be. This is available for most software and OS platforms that are in use today.

On-site support:
Depending on your location in respect to one of our technicians, we can offer on-site support. One of our techs would travel to your location and troubleshoot or repair damaged hardware or software. To make on-site support as cost efficient as possible we require a great deal of information about your hardware and software layout, but you will have our highest available level of support.
